I. Future Contest Rules

• We will use a random number generator or a random drawing to decide who wins the prize. The conditions vary based on the contest rules that are needed to win the prize. It is totally free! No charge. We will contact the winner after the date that is chosen for the contest via email, Facebook, or phone number, based on the rules are for the contest. The winner has 14 days to pick up their prize.

II. Shipping

• We are not liable for any damages that occur during transit – that is handled by shipping companies.
• We are not liable for shipping delays – that is handled by shipping companies.
• We will normally process and ship orders within 4 business days
• We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
• Shipping services will vary, unless agreed upon by the buyer and seller
• Shipping service will be standard ground shipping, unless specified and agreed upon by the buyer and seller
• Shipping and processing times vary around holidays
• For all sales over $2000 or more than 2 larger items, please CONTACT US for shipping.
• No returns during the COVID-19 restrictions – without approval.
• Returns must be cleared with RA# by a manager – all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
• All shipping details stated above only apply to the lower 48 contiguous United States.
• If you are located outside of the contiguous United States or on a military base, please contact us for shipping details.
• Shipping must be to a verified credit card holder’s address (48 lower states)
• FedEx will require a phone number

III. Payment

• We accept PayPal and other credit cards for online orders
• We also accept cash (local pickup only)
• We will not ship until the order is paid in full
• Processing time begins upon full payment
• Call for overnight shipping rates for Alaska or Hawaii
• All orders will ship ground, unless cleared by Rocktown Music

IV. Products And Services

• We are not responsible for manufacturer delays and back orders
• If an item is backordered, we will notify you immediately
• We are not responsible for changes in manufacturer specs
• Instruments that ship from our store will be inspected and set up by our technician
• Instruments that are drop-shipped from a warehouse will not be inspected or set up by Rocktown Music staff
• We are not liable for mistakes from manufacturers' descriptions and variance in the product from the manufacturer's supplied photo.
• We reserve the right to refuse service
• Products ending in .97 are discontinued and have no warranty
• Warranty is only on brand new (ending in 99) products through the manufacturer's rules
• Some sales are limited in quantity, and we can not take back orders then.
• Contact us within 24 hours to be considered for a full refund. No refunds on cosmetics( damage is through shipping companies & we don’t cover shipping).
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Website sales may have wrong stock numbers/prices based on in-store sales/manufacturers' changes. We update daily, but be sure you are looking at the most updated information. Please call if driving a long way to ensure the product is on hold and sales are up to date.
• Used items are sold as is – typically not returnable.
• Discounted items are not returnable
